These terms are a legal agreement between you and Build Test Run LLC ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of SettleDue. When you create an account or use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SettleDue is a time-tracking and invoicing application. You can use it to record billable hours, create invoices and estimates, track expenses and payments, and email documents to your contacts. SettleDue helps you manage your billing records. It does not process payments between you and your clients.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You own the data you put into your account. We do not claim ownership of your business data. You can export and delete your data at any time. Our use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The SettleDue name, logo, design, and software are the property of Build Test Run LLC. These terms do not give you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or source code.
Paid plans are billed on the terms stated at signup. You can cancel at any time, and you will not be charged beyond the current billing period. All fees are in US dollars. We process payments through Stripe. Refunds are at our discretion.
We work to keep the service stable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update features, or change plans with advance notice. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Build Test Run LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages that arise from your use of the service. This includes damages from invoices, estimates, reports, or other documents you create or send. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to hold Build Test Run LLC harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) that arise from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice when practical. On termination, your right to use the service ends. Sections on liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any dispute related to these terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Del Norte County, California. You agree to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these terms as the product changes. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
